What actually turns up

Stadium-grade access points
Ruckus and Aruba — the same access points used in arenas and conference venues, built for high client density and hostile RF. Not prosumer gear in a flight case, which is what most temporary Wi-Fi actually is.
Configured before it leaves
Topology, VLANs, firewall policy, SSIDs and captive portal are built and tested in advance. Deployment is installation, not improvisation, so the network is up in hours rather than at the end of day one.
Spares in the case
Vendor RMA is meaningless on a live event timeline, so we carry redundant units. Every device still receives vendor security updates — worth asking any temporary Wi-Fi provider about.
Backhaul, honestly described
Venue fibre, Starlink, or bonded cellular. We will tell you which is realistic for your site and what each can and cannot guarantee — satellite and cellular are best-effort, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.
