How long does the assessment take?
Two weeks from the time we start. We handle everything remotely — interviews with your team, review of your environment, and delivery of your report and roadmap.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No technical preparation required. We will ask for access to relevant systems and a few hours of your time for interviews. The rest is on us.
What happens after the report?
That is entirely up to you. Some clients implement the roadmap themselves, some ask us to help with specific items, and some move to an ongoing Fractional CTO arrangement. There is no obligation beyond the assessment.
We already have an MSP — is this still useful?
Yes. An MSP handles day-to-day support. The assessment gives you an independent view of whether your MSP is actually serving your needs — and what strategy you should have in place alongside them.
